    Ok, that's not so bad. Ibuprofen is my painkiller of choice too. Talking of pain. Any of you have a good tip of how to unblock an ear? I've tried drops and stuff but to no affect. I'm prone to ear infections and really can't be bothered to trek to the doctors.

    One of my ears always gets blocked. If you hold your nose (with your mouth closed) and try to breathe out of it, once, quickly, while holding it, sometimes you can dislodge the blockage. Use a short breath. Repeat as necessary.
