    They put too much salt on them, which are nice, but your back brain knows they only do that as a marketing ploy. More salt, tasty but less filling, buy more.

    BK over here have stopped putting salt on them altogether, leaving it up to the customer to choose.

    This is the reason why I hate the now discredited Body Mass Index that doctors fell in love with. That weight and height means I'm clinically obese. The Armed Forces used it as well, till they realised it was fucked up; the BMI doesn't take into account muscle mass, just total weight.

    Why they dropped the BMI like a hot rock, along with a lot of similar groups.

    The new BMI in the U.S. is the same bullshit I think. "They" changed it a few years ago. It doesn't match anything normal.

    There was a report about how the Army was concerned so many new recruits seemed to be failing in health standards, almost as though there was a precipitous drop from one year to the next. They took a closer look and realised what the problem was.

    They junked the BMI and went back to the old system, which worked so much better, and factors in muscle mass.

    There was a kid on TV a few days ago that was called overweight because he was 'just' over his age average.

    The school labelled him obese and his mum was understandably pissed off.
