    healthy again River, but it's been a royal shit week - just one of those things, and far too many stupid people - both coworkers & customers, so it has me ready for the break...

    and I can relate BR - I've cut way back & put more effort into exercising again in that very hope...

    Well for me personally the exercise works more than the dieting - PLUS it helps me keep up with the demon-spawn, which will only get harder as he grows.....
