Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Been some serious butt chewing going on, though most have deserved it. The Director want to implement a project management system that is very cumbersome - the system is not ready yet and I have 16 active project, more than 4 time more than any other engineer in the department, plus 3 of my project are "stimulus funded" project with a ton of Federal administrative crap that must be done...... I could go on, but asking me to implement a new system right now is like requiring an airplane engine to be overhauled in flight!

    That is why the meeting will be interesting - I have proposed a plan for phased implementation - I do not know how well that will go over..... We shall see.
