    Not much here either, and glad it's Friday too! Just about 20 more minutes then it's started!

    Almost identical to me but i'm a little taller. I actually want to gain 10 - 15 lbs though. I can't gain weight without working out though, been to lazy to do it here lately.

    I have trouble with my lumbars, can't carry too much weight around no matter what. I need to start doing some strength excersizes for my core.

    I have major problems with them too - working out helps me with them big time. I have a VERY quick metabolism. It's funny - I can eat all the fast foods I ever wanted and never gain an ounce. Start eating all baked or grilled meats and the right vegies and work out is the only way I can gain.
