    My dad and Allman were in re-hab together. I was a pro drummer by then, and my dad told Allman. So when they got back, that's how we were friends with Allman back then. My dad relapsed. So did Allman.

    Winter 1987? It was after a show the band had performed in New Orleans, about 3 am. I was at a bar called the Dungeon and he came in with a 18 year old girl wearing a rabbit fur coat. They stood under the staircase and he was just totally zoned out. Attempts at communiction were sort of difficult. I couldn't understand a word he mumbled to me. :lol:
    If your gonna look for shicks, that's as good a place as any. :)

    The nicest of all those musicians I mentioned was Brian May. If your kid went into rock music, you'd want him to turn out like May.
