    well it's ok being on fixed schedules - used to do rotating, changing every week - that beats you up bad. this wouldn't be bad except for every now & then my body rebels like this.

    then again, I have nothing I have to do tomorrow & have the house to myself - so I can just wake up, work on projects for a while & then take a nap to try and readjust...

    i don´t have a 9-5 job - i´m hired, but "personally" responsible for my department and my salary (mostly paid on bonuses), lots of extra-hours, but of course no shifts
