I was one of the truck unloaders last night. I can't believe the asshole manager put me on the truck.

 

There's an agreement that I'm not supposed to be a truck unloader because of my knee. But it's not on paper. I can't get it on paper either. The doctor can either write "light duty" or "regular duty." He can't specify. Since all of my job is heavy duty, when the doctor asked me what to put on the paperwork, I said regular duty. But then I talked to the managers. This one guy last night is just being a prick.

It's funny but it isn't. If I fuck up my knee more on the truck there will be a lawsuit.

U couldn't let him call your real boss to tell him u can't go on the trucks ?

 

I told the exec manager, who told me to say something to this guy. So I said something. He said "Get on the truck." I'll sort out the politics of the managers over the next few days. Some are assholes. I have to take my time a little on this one so I can speak to all the managers again in the right setting.

 

Yes. There are 4 managers and 2 executive managers. They rotate nights so there's a different combination every night.

 

Anyway, last night is over with. On to the next one.
