It's 11:22 PM here. Through the week i don't drink alcohol, only in the weekends and sometimes in holiday.

I'm still used to only sleeping around 6 to 7 hours. I still get up early during the week.

 

Well it's time to go to bed, need to get out of bed in about 6 hours again.

hey bama how did the doctor visit go?

 

It was fine, they told me what it was ...can't remember the name and couldn't spell it if I could. It's caused by any combo...stress, malnutrition, diabetes (father has), and thyroid problems. Had a shit load of blood tests ran, should know for sure tomorrow. The lab tech said from what she could tell it all looked pretty good, so that's a relief! And better, this type of hair loss 90% of the time grows back within a year.

yep, just gotta make sure I don't have any blood sugar issues - I can deal with the little bit of hair gone for a while. The wife feels better too thank God, these past few days have been pure hell at home.

 

see another reason you have to eat lunch a little more regularly.

 

no doubt, i've already started drinking breakfast shakes and taking vitamins in the a.m. - I can already tell a difference. I've actually been starving at lunch and ate the last 3 days in a row. Now if I can keep from wanting to knock a hole in the wall i'll be alright.
