Yes. I getting tired, which is normal for me this time of night.

just watching Mythbusters from that site.

 

what did you have for lunch?

 

I don't eat lunch. I'm never hungry when I wake up. I get hungry about 2 hours later. I have dinner, a snack and something kind of healthy work, and another healthier snack when I get home in the morning.

 

I completely missed TBBT till this season!

it was always on at the same time as Heroes so I never saw it til this year. hilarious!

Sometimes the night crew will watch Mythbusters in the break room at "lunch."

 

I should eat a lot healthier. I'm working on more veggies and stuff like that. Slowly working them into my diet.

 

Mythbusters is a great show!

if you are going to do a steak, you can sautee mushrooms and onions in some olive oil in a pan before you fry up the steak. those are good on a steak too.

 

I do onions and vegetable oil. I love olive oil, too. (My ex's family is from Italy -- lots of olive oil!) Next time at the market I'll try to remember mushrooms!

 

yeah olive oil is great! it's best do do the veggies, well you could do it the same time as the steak and mix all the flavour in but I like to do it before the steak as you get the taste of the veggies too.

 

There's a 24-hour market across the street from work.

 

I do it at the same time. I use Lawry's seasoning salt too. I love that stuff!

yeah that works too. yup that seasoning salt is very good.

 

My next night-off cooking project will probably a simple stew. Beef, potatoes, (I don't like carrots that much ) and I'm not sure what else.

 

Obviously my specialty is omelets. I can make anything in an omelet and it'd be gourmet!
