    yeah but it still fucks with my time off, sleeping late on a day off, etc - so it gets old, even with getting paid... I'd like a day each week to just goof off & have NO obligations you know?

    yeah that's the way it works around here - you have to show up for all of yours, traffic, criminal, domestic etc - not like some places where they just work off your report... so half the time you show up & never even really say anything

    I'm off to the cricket very shortly. Hopefully crush the English and regain the Ashes, it won't happen today obviously, but the groundwork will be in place to win in the next few days.

    Dad and I polished off a carton of beer in just under a fortnight, pretty pleased with that effort given we both work all day. Now we have two 750ml bottles, a 6 pack and 2 cartons to try get us till Christmas :D
