Well he's a fortnight away from getting married. Bucks Night/Stag Do, there's different terms. We've been friends since we were 4 years old, so am looking forward to tomorrow evening, and then the wedding as well.

hahaha... well we have alot of people who seem to be MIA. You and i are staples when you are don't have to work.

that's not a bad chip but still holding out for the 2.4 core duo - price just dropped again so thinking Feb will be a good time.

Since I can't justify spending a grand for a quad core, no matter how sweet it would be....

did you catch the Hitachi announcement on the 1tb drive?

 

no i did not catch it on the hd. I know hitachi has a proprietary new design on HD technology that enables them to store memory on multi layer. Currently everything you save is recorded on a magnetic disc that is single layer. With this new technology supposedly they can make the exact same HD quadruple it's capacity. This will be interesting to see how it developes. I am in the market for another HD. I am thinking about picking up a 750 gig unit but the only problem i see is you can buy 3X300 gig hd for 270 bucks vs. $300 for a 750 gig hd. It is cheaper to buy multiple hd's than one huge one.

But i definately maxed out all my hd's already. I am down to just 1.5 gig of space between my two computers.

Well my "weekend" ends tomorrow & I have my son all day, so I'm just planning to spend time with him & try to let him have some fun & laughs... so no nothing major - tomorrow night will be hobbies & porn as I stay up late, but I enjoy that...
