went better than expected. I am going to reformat the main pc, lug it to my work place and set it up there in the office so the coder can come and work with me on it, and then lug it back home. But i am ecstatic there was no loss of data and if things continue to go well i can get all the stuff relatively soon. I am to beat after yesterday's mad dash to file and do the tax paperwork so i can free up my time for the rest of the month to just work on the site. Hopefully it will be up end of this month with enough decent material to retain people and make them want to come back for more.

 

yeah still waiting on all my paperwork to come in for taxes - hopefully it goes well this year & I get a chunk back for vacation use...

 

Well i will guarantee i will have to pay. I pay every year.

yes but you have a business, I'm not in that boat - plus bought a house this year so that will help.

 

yeah, you should get a great deal of deductions back. You know i never go to those bigtax offices nor would i use turbo tax to do mine, with your profession if you have a personal tax accountant you can get mad deductions back.

 

this is the first year I'm paying someone else to do them - usually I do my own, but enough extra stuff this year it's worth the extra little bit to have someone check them...

 

you know doing it yourself can save you 250 bucks but paying my tax expert so i can "save" an extra 3-4k i am cool with paying him the $600fee to do mine.

yeah, but as bad as it was i was wearing a t-shirt all day today until the sun sets. I love oranges but i won't cry if there are no orange juice for breakfast.

 

Tomorrow is Friday, thank God. Got a fair bit to do on the weekend; new car battery, try get my ipod fixed, haircut, and then go on a drinking/football session later on.
