    No specific destination, but the houses are incredible. The architecture gives each house so much character. It's just amazing to see how much money people pay for just a vacation home. I can't even imagine their full time homes.

    Well, usually 2-3 hours to boil all necessary ingredientes. Then 4-7 days to ferment it. And finally, another 3-5 days to let it settle and condition before bottling.

    Yeah, I really enjoy it so far. It's a lot of fun. Every batch that is made makes 5 gallons of beer. That comes out to about 53 bottles. :grin:

    And I'll second RIver's recommendation - when I lived in Spain the paradors where always a great place to stay on a trip someplace.
