    Jesus...has anyone heard about this shooting at Virginia Tech?? So far 32 people have been killed today. I was JUST there this weekend visiting my friend, got back home yesterday. So fucking scary...

    Don't have TV where I'm at, having to scour the internet, and reports range right now from 20-31 depending on who you are watching.

    CBSnews.com has video where you can hear the gunshots and it looks like the camera man almost got shot himself.

    i think if people are this sick, they will find a gun no matter what. black market.

    people kill people. guns themselves aren't to blame as much IMO.

    actually, makes me wonder that if a regular student did have a gun on him... if this kind of thing may have stopped a lot earlier if he was able to shoot the attacker. yes, i know easier said than done, but if it were me in today's situation, i would have wished i had a gun with me.

    If you give people in general such easy access to weapons they will grow up in the thinking that it is normal to have/use a weapon.
    It become part of the social life.
    Every serious statistic shows that such easy access encourages people to use weapons.
