    am i out of my mind or is the "report thread" exclamation point icon that appears in each post new? please don't tell me it's been there for years because i think i just noticed it for the first time.

    if it has been there forever, what happens when you click and submit a report? where does it go? do people do this? is the Forum Issues thread still the preferred method?
