    So listen to this guys...

    Yesterday I went to go donate blood. And let me tell you, I HATE needles, and it was my first time doing it. Well, supposedly my veins are thin? Well, it took the nurses a while to even get a vein. And then, once it was in, it wasn't pumping fast enough or something. Well, another nurse was called over, and, WITHOUT WARNING, she shoved it further into my arm. It was the most painful thing ever. Well, it still wasn't working right so they took it out. So all this pain that I am now dealing with is for nothing, because they couldn't even use what they got!! It's all bruised :-(

    that's a shame. not what a good nurse should do. did they try raising the veins by rubbing over them with an alcohol pad? this usually brings the vein closer to the surface
