Hey! I'm not a bagger....I am the customer service person haha. I answer phones and deal with people bitching about the most ridiculous things.

 

Told ya' I don't do the whole celeb thing.......just couldn't help but think of Hoff with Tai's damn sig dancing all over the board.

 

For a grocery store?

 

BR if you can make that sig but with kiek's face on it i would love you forever.

Haha...you wouldn't believe the things people complain about.

Useless customer-"The cake was too dry"
Me-"Ok, so just bring it back here and we'll give you a new one."
Customer-"Well, we already ate it."

Customer-"This shrimp smells awful"
Me-"Ok, how long ago did you purchase it?"
Customer-"A few days ago, but when I went to get it out of my car today it smelled really bad"
UMMMMM WTF you can't keep shrimp in your hot car dumbass!

This one was on the phone, not in person:
Customer-"My turkey wasn't cut thin enough"
Me-"Ok, well you can come in and get new turkey with no charge"
Customer-"No, I just think it's ridiculous your store can't cut turkey"
Me-"Do you want to talk to a manager?"
Customer-"No"
....silence....
Me-"Umm, well what are you trying to do?"
Customer-"Just tell you I'm not coming back to shop at your store"

all this because turkey wasn't cut thin enough

hahahahaha... customer circus is always fun. I would have sworn your parents must have own that grocery store.

 

Customer service sucks.......been there, done that........had to hide the bodies after.

I think we ALL have done that at one time in our lives. I did it at the amusement park job i did back in highschool. People complain about everything. But every now and then it britens up your day when you hear a new complaint.

People complain about everything, the lines to the bathroom is to long, the lines to the rides are to long. I know of several who would pretend to twist their ankles as soon as they get through the gates and we will have to provide them with a wheelchair and all wheelchair bound people gets to cut through to the back of the line.

 

hmmmm maybe ill use that one the next time i go to an amusement park ;-)

 

lol. You know if i wasn't so sick and tired of amusement park rides i would do the exact same thing! You can even rent them and get a free pass to the front of the line. But this is great america's theme parks we are talking about here.

 

same policy at Six Flags over Georgia.......i worked there for 2 or 3 years in High School.

 

hahaha.. isn't that the best scam though BR? Just get a wheelchair and your party of 4 can cut in front of hours worth of lines. Man i see so many people who walked from the end to the front.

 

My parents did it at Disney World.....so I think it's pretty standard. The could walk right in the exit ramp or door and right onto the rides......every park. Of course they both can use the wheelchairs, but that's beside the point.
