Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     We have been as well. I haven't heard if the "official drought status" is over or not - just saying we got a lot of rain here lately that's got us in much better shape than we were. It was getting close to banning car washing, watering lawns, etc. again like they did last year.

    (Letting my hick flag fly here but) we're on well water here, so there's no govt intervention in that shit. I say, if you're paying for it every month, tell them to go pound sand, and wash whatever you want. :p
