    That's weird; mines John.

    I'm working with a pretty strong Christian at the minute. She actually has the temerity to argue that creationism should be taught in science classes because evolution's as much an unproven theory.
    Then she said `lots` of `leading` scientists are turning to Christianity and saying that the Earth's only 10,000 years old - like the Bible says. Her argument for this is the way they keep changing the goalposts for the age of the universe. I remember in early school hearing 6 billion years, then 12 billion, last i heard was something like 20 billion, and she's like `see, even they don't know for sure`

    Unfortunately, she's married to my boss, and i can't quit, so i have to suffer through this moral shit daily.

    I argue with christians all the time, a sort of semi pastime for me. See i believe in God, very much so but i also believe in all things in the world of science, because science is just knowledge of the physical world. God created the universe and god used numbers to do it. God created the laws of physics and left behind the knowledge for us to better ourselves and world. For christians to disregard science is a true blasphemy.
