I walk with a limp - I have 6 bolts holding my ankle together. It swells up real bad if im on my feet to long. My hand is knackered. All the bones in it compressed and so I have limited movement. I can use my fingers ok but cannot lift anything.

Helped my neighbor build a big ass deck around his pool over the weekend and I'm just now feeling normal again, I'm either in really poor shape or getting old or both.

 

The whole legal system means I have to be registered disabled by my doc but that wont happen till any compo is paid and that wont happen till the bastards pay up!!

Liability has been admitted but a portion of the blame has been passed on to me. Have to wait for some experts to go over my medical records to see how my injuries will affect my working ability

They blame you for falling off a scafolding on the job? I didn't realize there is an assignment of blame because a work accident is a work accident.

 

They say its like being in a car and someone smashes into you. If you arent wearing a seat belt then a portion of your injuries is your fault. They say if I had demanded a little clean up to be done then I wouldnt of tripped and fallen!
