yeah as tiger plays better on his own and crap when he is a team player,you need team players too win the ryder cup thats why europe have won it the last few times,as they bond together as a team

 

Yeah, it's a team, but it's individual competition within a team structure. You could have a bunch of guys who despise each other, but if they all want to win, and do, then so does the team.

Sure, a good team helps, morale, outlook etc. But i still think they're going to suffer without Tiger. Suffer even more than usual without Tiger. :mrgreen:

@ares - Funny, I used to go back and read everything I missed from the night and even weekend - no way in hell now. There's 50 - 60 pages a night posted after I leave - unbelieveable.

@di - A few years ago I would agree with you about Tiger - since he's got married and had a child he had matured. He can get off of his pedistal now and be a team player. I used to hate him - now I have the utmost respect for him.
