    I'm actually a netword administrator myself - It could've been a number of things. I know around that same time they were having issues with response times - my guess is that it's part of the same issues.

    I don't run boards either - just setup the OS take care of servers and AD issues. From past issues I've seen that one strange problem often causes other strange problems at random - that's what makes them so hard to resolve.
