How'd you do on your Dove trip yesterday?

 

not to bad, i was out for about an hour and knocked down 6 birds

 

Pretty good. I don't hunt much more at all anymore. Just don't seem to have the time. I live in a rural area with only about 30K in the entire met area. Hell I could go about 3 miles from my house and find plenty of dove fields. My big passion was white tail deer. I used to leave on friday and not come back til sunday night. Stayed at the hunting club with about 10 - 12 other guys. Drank all night and hunted all day. Man I miss it.

 

Yea, i did some deer hunting before i moved to texas, used to go after the muleys though, had more of those in kansas than whitetails

 

We don't have many around my neck of the woods. Got a few in south alabama - I never hunted down there though. Even the whitetail are bigger down there, they have more land so the buck can have a bigger territory for itself down there. And it goes without saying "more land - more food"

 

yea, we had a lot more open land in kansas for them to roam on

Sitting here on a Saturday morning looking at a nice little porn clip and the doorbell rings. I'm therefore forced to close the tabs, throw some damn pants on and then have to turn the Jehovahs away from the door. Let's hope that's their one and only visit for the year.

Last time they knocked on my door, I greeted them with the "God must have sent you to me, just for this moment!" - they never came back. Moved to a new neighborhood and just waiting for the next set!

 

i answered the last one with a shotgun in hand. They are easy to spot cause they wear their fancy sunday suits.

I told them because of the rash of home invasions in a nearby city that i was just being cautious.

nope, that was me, although i don't think you can be my neighbor since my neighbor to the left of me is a church and to my right is a bunch of guys that just moved in after me.

actually pissing away time at job #2. Didn't want to be here, but wanted the paycheck. Fortunately, here I can bring my laptop and get on some unprotected wireless network in the building. Makes it a little easier to survive my night.

I just sit here and file paperwork, updated websites, and answer a phone for a small business.

 

you know how to build a site. design and code?

 

Never from scratch. I have no html experience, but I can sure find a file name and replace it.

I create flash using Adobe Captivate and a new beta version software called FreshBrew, it's pretty sweet. The site I update is usually just replacing flyers with the most current and updating some of the graphics. Small business owner can't afford to have a real web programmer, and since I know him, I cut him some slack and do odd job stuff for extra cash.


If you ever need just a little something, let me know and I'll see what I can do. No guarantees on turn-around as I am usually slammed at job #1, but when I catch breaks, I like to play with the software I have.
