    There are some real working machines with two bands... saw that once.

    Last year the biggest fool think he could drive a scooter over to Finnland... at speed over open lake ! ... He did not make it !

    I can't wait till my nights off. And get this... The company has a thing called "coaching," which is a verbal warning from a manager. After a coaching comes a write-up. After that they can fire you if they want. Last night I was verbally "coached" about working safely by one of my managers. (The regional manager has ordered coachings for all injuries, I was told.) My manager knew it was bullshit, but he had to do it on orders from the Big Boss. So, instead of "thanks for helping the company," that's what I got. I was so mad I finished the task I was doing and went home. Complete bullshit.

    I did nothing wrong to injure myself. I just worked too hard and the bursa in my knee burst. It was a fluke. The company is the embodiment of much of corporate America: instead of saying "thank you" they say "fuck you."

    We don`t get the "thank You" everyday here either... BUT when your sick or get hurt at work there is NO way that you can get that treatment !
    People still count and you get the medical you need ... hm, most of the time and even without getting ruined.
    Sometimes a bit of socialistic thinking is good.
