I wonder if it is either my connection or my image host that does not allow filles bigger than 500kb to be uploaded more than two at a time. :?

 

Good luck. Our internet is immensely slow at the moment. I think it's because it's near the end of the month and we must have DLed too much. It's worse than the old dial-up days. Took me 5 minutes to load a celeb website and most topics here I have to refresh to get open. The internet provider will be getting a phonecall if it's still like this come November 1.

 

Even when our speed is good, I try not to upload more than 1 mb of stuff, otherwise there's a god chance it'll stall and freeze.

Fuck, I love my country but I envy the Americans and their high speed internet...

 

You can always just make a slight adjustment and move to singapore.

They speak english there very well, and their speeds are nearing the Godly-Japanese.

 

Takes me soooo long now, when it previously took but four minutes to upload.

 

Isn't porn illegal over there? I'd be out of my depth, probably end up with my hands getting cut off.

My Dad's from there, will probably be going over there after Christmas with him for a week. Phun withdrawals will be immense. Although I coped for 9 weeks last year when I was away, so this would be nothing.

 

An hour at least to choose just 20 pics, then upload 'em at a snail's pace... I feel for both you and sandino.

 

And using a family PC as well, with a brother needing it all this week whilst preparing for exams. I really need to get my own laptop.

I'd love fast speed, so I could DL more and appreciate full sized pics instead of staring at thumbs most the time.

The last movie I downloaded was by torrent, which is highly unusual because I don't much like using torrents. But in all, it took me just under 2 hours to do so, but I just thought I had ample seeding.


Even so, I stay away from such big files, since i don't have the capacity to store them anymore.

 

I am just really bummed that my upload speed is 31kbs... that is what really counts for me.

 

I have enough to last me, but when it comes to sharing at the moment, it takes ages.
