    hey where do you convert those lil step meters into miles you walked in a day?

    I wore one during one of my long shifts and am not sure how far I actually walked.

    you gotta get an average of how far your steps are and then calibrate it. some units gives you the number of steps you took and you have to multiply that by how many steps it takes you to walk a certain distance.

    You have to measure the length of your stride during normal conditions, and just multipy the # of steps recorded to the initial benchmark.
