So I finally got in to vote an hour before the polls closed. The lines finally subsided. (Happy, Magge? )

 

The economic data posted are always 1 quarter behind. Who is to say this quarter isn't a negative? We won't find out until january won't we?

2 reccessions with tripling of the deficit (i don't think the liberal media made that up) in 1 presidential cycle is rather staggering. When people are dropping off their kids as old as 18 at hospitals because they can no longer care for them or the poor people i volunteer to feed i witness first hand how desperate many has become, no i am not using the media to tell me what i see with my own eyes.

By the way, that dude is a fuckwit. He didn't even have the materials to do what he claimed he wanted to do. I don't have a problem with the government labeling people as enemies of the state if they truly are, but that dude wasn't dangerous to anybody but himself. Kind of like the shoe bomber.

I volunteer to feed no one. This country was based on hard work....not government handouts! The deficit in it's current state, was brought forth initially by the Carter administration with his "community redevelopment act" (or some shit like that), which opened the doors, and forced the banks/mortgage lenders to give people that couldn't afford them, mortgages just so we could be politically correct, and make everyone shiny, and happy.

IMHO...the "desperate" need to do what I did when I was homeless at 16.......get an education, or get a fucking job! Contribute.
