Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

Hmm, it was a robot competetion, I had to do all the programming and build the robot and stuff like that, but I couldn't drive/run the robot because I'm a pussy... so we lost, and I blame my team, even though it's probably my fault

That's some pretty in depth shit for high school. I had to program an arm to pick up an open can cola from one table and move it to another table and sit it down without spilling anything when I was in college - took me forever. I'm glad I don't have to do shit like that anymore.

It was a lego robot, and I didn't have to write any scripts or anything, but there was still quite a lot of maths involved

This was in 1989 - no software scripts, binary programming a memory card to make the arm function, ALL MATH.

Don't make fun of me assholes!!!

No Mel, I've never done anything in C - Basic is as far as I went in programming like that...I have a assoc. of electronic engineering degree, no software. I can do a little Perl, but nothing fancy.

    What's up Tex?

I don't know what the "assoc" means, but today you do Java, C, C++ and Assembler as an electrical engineer... java wasn't "alive" back in 89 though

here too, running some maint. shit while looking at pron and bullshitting

Associate - I have a 2 year degree - I didn't go to a traditional 4 year college so I don't have a Bachelor's. My school skipped all the required none major classes and went sraight to my major, so it's a Associate Electronic Engineer instead of Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering

Yeah, you may not start out making quite as much money but you catch up after a few years. I've been doing this for almost 17 years now, experience means much more than education.

Did you ever hear back from your other job opportunity Tex?
