Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I know I'm a bit late on this ... but I use FastStone Image Resizer. It's fast, free and lets you do the whole set of pictures automatically .... just adjust the settings it it will resize all the pics you select:
