Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    The LAW in most states is that the person who rear-ends the vehicle in front of them is at fault... I can't say I agree with either your opinion or the biker's on the side of that road... Blazer/Jimmy is following too close and should have been looking where he was going, etc.... biker is doing tricks on the street and this is why you have buddies on bikes behind you BLOCKING the cars.... I suspect this location is known for bike's..etc!
