I'm appalled. They should have immediately cut all that restrictive clothing off to help her breathe easier!

 

The ref should be fired, obviously you dont move anyone who has been hurt in a head or neck accident. he lets the other dummy drag her to the centre by her hair.

 

Oh, DAMM - was this the match she was in just this Monday on Raw?

its all about the show and money made ... they have 2 finish the match ... like back when sid broke his leg comin off the middle rope and gave himself a double compound facture .... his opponent crawled over 2 pin him ... the show must go on no matter .... i am a fan .. but that is the way wwe is run

It's a tremendous overstatement to say she almost died. She screwed up and took a painfully bad bump, but her life wasn't actually in danger at any point. It could have been a lot worse, but she didn't "almost die."

 

i was thinking the same thing. i couldn't help but yell at the monitor when she was about to grab HER HEAD AND DRAG HER. morons

you gotta take it easy man. we don't want you to almost die from a heart attack

 

i don't follow the wrestling anymore... used to when it was good with Hulk and Andre the Giant and others and only on Saturday nights on NBC as a special instead of Saturday Night Live occasionally.

so really i don't care because i wasn't going to view it to make any other decision on it. that was the post title and his comments were wrong. i'm relaxed man but that shit is wrong.

 

The title is wrong - she didn't almost die, she just got knocked out. My comment was A JOKE, so lighten up a little.

As it was stated, if they cared about their "performers" they would have just stopped the match instead of letting her get dragged to the center of the ring and pinned. THAT was wrong - my flip comment couldn't hurt her, but moving someone with unknown head/neck injuries certainly could have. I'm glad she isn't permanently hurt. We need more hot Go Daddy! Super Bowl commercials from her yet.

 

Women + professional wrestling = accidents waiting to happen.

Or "oops" topless moments, which are always fun.

 

i already said that i don't care about who/what goes on in wrestling. i went based on the title and i also got that it was a joke. still not funny. whatever. over it. besides i think she was fine as soon as the other chick picked her up or it never would have happened.

didn't know that was the go daddy chick. what the fuck is she doing in wrestling? the "sport" gets more pathetic all the time.

Merriam-Webster defines an athlete as:
a person who is trained or skilled in exercises, sports, or games requiring physical strength, agility, or stamina

Workers (ok, maybe not all the WWE Divas, but generally speaking) are trained to participate in what can easily be called an exercise that requires physical strength, agility, or stamina. The great majority of workers are better athletes than anybody in the major American sports, and I'm a huge sports fan. I know a lot of bad workers; the great ones are absolutely some of the best athletes the world has ever seen.

And, for what it's worth, Candice Michelle's injury was not a work.

 

pretending? really... ya no shit. so why watch it? the " " around "sport" was quite obviously a quip on the fact it's nothing more than lacklustre entertainment at the very best - not because i think it's a sport bro. shit my local "sport" stations give me fucking poker to watch... put that in the same category as this shit it's about as entertaining bro. neither are a sport nor entertaining.

anyways.......can we just leave this alone? i commented to the one guy who thought he was "joking" by saying they should have taken her clothes off after the incident and now i'm talking to a whole lot of ya. let... it... go. cause i'm done.
