So those Kristin Davis photos making the rounds ... We've now been in touch with someone involved in the whole deal, and here's what we know.

The photos, we're told, were snapped in 1992 by an ex-boyfriend. That's right, they are just photos -- no sex tape, fellas! According to reports, 20 photos are making the rounds, but actually it's not quite 20.

We're told the ex-boyfriend was pissed at Kristin and then sold the photos to a third party. Classy, huh?

The third party got involved in a business venture with another guy and we're told that guy pilfered the pics and they ended up online.

And now you know the rest of the story.

 

Same thing I thought. If you look at the other topless shot from Sex and the City they are the same as well.

Apparently, the pics were sent to this Scott Faynor person, who has a blog but not a pay site. His friend Taylor Rain has a pay site so he let her host them. There's no question that there are people trying to make money on the pics, but that doesn't make them less genuine. The fact that they're being reported on in the mainstream media is a pretty good sign too - fakes and lookalikes don't get that kind of attention.

 

I pretty much agree with this. Way too much media hype for it not to be her.

 

I never thought I would ever say the words "I agree with George Bush on this." Scary.

 

She's 43 which makes her less likely to shave. Younger = more likely to shave, older = less likely to shave.

PS This is what makes phun great. I hear about Kristen's pics & 10 seconds later (without any Google shit) I know I'll be looking at the pics here.

 

lol I know it isn't unique. But wearing a wedding type band on the ring finger of your 'right' hand is kinda unique.

And although it isn't the same ring, she does have a ring on the same finger of the same hand in the last pic. Maybe not unique but a coincidence all the same?
