    There is noway to control the money making machine (to a certain point) Hill Duff may be the only one to have made it outta puberty clean. But I don't think she was anywhere near the level of pop that Miley has reached.

    In both terms tweens and dollars. Her dad is along for the ride and her mom (her manager) if just making sure the dollars are there at the end of the day.

    c'mon guys, this is really sick. She's a child. Of all the zillion models out there of legal age and beauty that Miley will never have, you succumb to the level of trying to see the rather not-fully-developed parts of a young girl. I think the mods should ban topics about her and other underage kids.

    She is actually fully formed in the biological sense, most girls complete puberty by their 15th birthday. But she is still an adolescent because of her psychosocial immaturity, meaning she has not developed the cognitive tools to partake in an adult relationship. It's not wrong to feel attracted to a fully formed but under-age girl as this is natural hormones at work. It is irresponsible to take a advantage of her social immaturity as you might cause permanent psychological damage.
