    Oh, she definitely had them cut down - you can see her scars from the procedure. While she may not have had them reduced for her career, she certainly did have them reduced.

    They basically have to cut all around the areola, then straight down, and slice under her breasts, remove the extra tissue and skin flaps, sew it all back together, then locate the areola in it's new position. It's quite a procedure to see done. Looks like she had an excellent plastic surgeon, but you can't hid the horizontal scar that runs straight down from the nipple.
