    Just like a tree falling in the woods needing someone to hear it to make a sound, it's not an "oops" unless there's someone there to witness it (and hopefully take a pic). In this case it wouldn't even be a partial nip slip as the dress just didn't go over far enough, unless someone was standing on the edge of the stage to see it at an angle. Mic or not, it wouldn't have looked much better from the front without it, just a little more cleavage.
