    Digitial generated nudity sucks, and this looks like a picture taken from a flatscreen TV, not even a clean image grab!

    Definitely a fake (granted a Hollywood fake) from the movie as previously mentioned, and the movie is from 2011.

    Leslie Mann said it was "special effects". She never said "CGI" (Computer Generated Image). They are prosthetics that are glued-on over her breasts. The CGI(Digital) vs Real argument is pointless, because it is neither.
