    Imagebam definitely goes over the top with the popup stuff. But I run a website so I have some sympathy.

    Too many people expect to get stuff for free. Just remember Imagebam has to pay for their server costs somehow. Oh...and they also have to worry about lawsuits....from the stolen photos their users post.

    These photos you are looking at....they're stolen....the photogs sell them to people for thousands of $. You're looking at them for free.

    Cry all you want...but if Imagebam and other sites don't have these pops....you no get to lookie at Katy Perry pics.

    not a topic for this forum, I could argue that since they were taken in public w/o the consent of the subject, the photog has no business assuming they are private, take it to CX

    As mentioned, a misleading title. She *could* have a strapless bra on, or the dress itself could have one of the built in variety.

    I'm not complaining about Katy in a strapless dress (a more accurate description), though.

    Sure, she could be wearing a bandeau bra or some other form of support, but without evidence it doesn't hurt to assume she's genuinely braless. In fact, I prefer to think so myself. It's more titillating, so to speak. :)

    By that logic, you could also say she's wearing nipple clamps (wishful thinking) - best to just call it a strapless dress in the title, and not assume anything unless there's definitely evidence to support the theory. I think we all just want accuracy in titles, especially when it comes to Katy's titties!
