    In light of the nude photo scandal, High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens has issued an apology to fans.

    In a statement to JustJared.com, Vanessa, 18, said: “I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos . I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.”

    Earlier this week, another statement was issued by Vanessa’s rep: “This was a photo which was taken privately It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that it has become public.”

    I must say. I am disappointed that Disney didn't give her the boot. Now she's gonna be covered up more than ever. Follow Anne Hathaway's advice: Get your name known doing Disney flicks, and follow that up with 2 straight movies fully of tender boobage.     Well last I heard they were still in the middle of negotiating her contract with Disney for High School Musical 3. I would bet money that them negotions will break down over the nude pic(s). Because Disney does not want to be link to any type of scandall like this, and try to keep there wholsome family image.:2cent::(
