    the bits and pieces is about threads that didn't comply with our rules exactly but is not deemed to be harmful to look at. He failed in the sense that he did not search, but it was not a malicious thread or completely obsolete thread. This way the poster can see his thread in such a section and it might force him to think why is my thread in such a section.
